Experience
Where the thinking comes from.
Behind Axomis Labs sits more than a decade of system and database architecture, implementation and project management in the pharmaceutical industry — an environment where a system isn't considered working until it has been proven to work, and where every change carries documentation and accountability.
Alongside that, years of computerised systems validation: making systems run seamlessly while satisfying every compliance constraint around them. It teaches a particular habit — designing for evidence, not only for function.
Less obviously, twenty-five years of sport across very different disciplines — combat sports, ball sports, volleyball, dance, diving. What carries into the work isn't the sport but the habit behind it: focus, discipline, and knowing what it takes to get good at something unfamiliar. It is also why the industry isn't the point — what transfers is the discipline, not the domain.
-
Regulated systems
10+ years of architecture, implementation and project management in pharma, where correctness is a requirement rather than an aspiration.
-
Validation & compliance
Computerised systems validation — building systems that run seamlessly and can still be evidenced against the rules that govern them.
-
Focus & discipline
Twenty-five years of sport across unrelated disciplines. What transfers is the focus, and the discipline to stay with something until it is genuinely good.
The approach isn't tied to one sector. It transfers wherever systems have to be made to work and stand up to scrutiny — pharmaceutical and other regulated environments included.
Products
Software we build and run ourselves.
Carrying our own products through design, release and support.
-
TournaQ Volley
In betaA games and tournament management platform, built to support the processes that happen on the field. Designed to bring people together, and to let organisers and players run events smoothly — without the friction that usually comes with them.
-
Document capture & filing
In developmentReads documents, extracts the data that matters, and files them automatically into a structured hierarchy that can be analysed later. Integrates with Google Drive and conforms with GDPR, so you can focus on the filing process rather than on where the data ends up.
-
Workout planning
In developmentUse AI to build the plan, then restructure it around your own experience until it's genuinely yours — the kind of structure that takes an athlete to professional level.
-
More in the pipeline
In planningFurther applications and systems are in consideration, shaped by ongoing conversations with clients.
Consulting
Work that starts before the software does.
From a single application to a company-wide step up in digitalisation — scoped to whatever the business actually needs next.
-
Project & organisation management
Structuring work so it can be planned, delegated and finished — with decisions prepared, documented and open to review later.
-
Data & process management
Getting data into one dependable place and the processes around it into a shape that holds, from industrial operations through to sports applications.
-
Product management
Deciding what to build, in what order, and what to leave out — then staying with it through delivery rather than handing over a specification.
-
Implementation
Taking a system from requirements engineering through testing to the production handshake, and staying with it until it runs. Shaped by regulated work, where nothing goes live without the evidence to support it.
-
Software selection
Comparing what's on the market against what you need, so you buy the right thing — or find out early that building is the better answer.
-
Digital transformation
For smaller companies wanting to move faster: starting with a single application and going as far as reworking revenue streams through digitalisation and optimisation.
Engagements are shaped to fit — a defined project, ongoing support, or a bespoke arrangement where that suits both sides better.
